A Guidance System that Redefines Orientation

Overview
In collaboration with Hugendubel, Designplus developed a modern wayfinding system and zoning concept that intuitively guides customers through the bookstore. The result: an experiential space that feels both structured and inspiring.

From Challenge to Solution
The Task: Create a clear structure that facilitates customer navigation while celebrating the love of reading. The space was to present book worlds where visitors could explore without losing their sense of direction.
The Approach:

• Color-coded zones for clear spatial division.
• Visual signposts and emotional key messages, such as “Dive In” (in the reading area), combining orientation with atmosphere.
• A combination of consulting, design, and production – all from a single source.

Impact & Results
The thoughtfully designed wayfinding system optimized customer flow while reimagining the bookstore as a world of experiences. The space invites discovery while remaining functional. Efficiency meets emotion.
