3D design, development and implementation in the sector of retail design
Research of products, new materials and production plants
Model and prototype construction
Assistance with the sample window construction
Documentation of work steps
Support with dispatch & consignment

Your profile:

Flexible and Independent
Open and interested in material and production
Strong affinity for fashion, art, culture and design
Good knowledge of Rhino, Keyshot, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Keynote
Driving licence class B

Creative Director

Full-time or part-time | On-site | Flexible start date

Your role:

We are looking for a visionary with a deep understanding of space and brand who will take the creative lead on our projects and shape our design vision for the long term. In this strategically important and long-term key role, you will be the guiding force and quality guardian for our design solutions. You will lead the creative process from the initial idea to the finished experience – focusing on content design, without disciplinary responsibility for staff. With us, you will be a sparring partner on equal footing, ensuring Designplus’s creative excellence and driving its forward-looking development together with the team.

Your responsibilities in detail:

You will take overall responsibility for the design direction of our retail and brand projects, such as shop windows, pop-ups, installations and product presentations, and set the creative guidelines.
You will bring brand strategies to life by translating them into visionary, space-defining concepts and precise storyboards.
You will act as a long-term professional mentor and sparring partner for our designers and foster conceptual depth within the team.
You will be responsible for quality assurance of the creative outputs and ensure that every project bears the unmistakable Designplus signature.
You will advise our international clients as an equal and present concepts with confidence and passion.
You monitor global trends in design, retail and technology and actively integrate these insights into our work.

What you bring to the role:

Extensive professional experience in developing and leading brand-driven spatial concepts.
An excellent eye for aesthetics, materials, storytelling and the emotional impact of spaces.
Confidence in the strategic development of designs – you know why a solution works and can communicate this convincingly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate creative processes and provide constructive feedback.
A degree in interior design, architecture, design or a comparable creative discipline.
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating your conceptual strength and your experience in leading projects.
