Project Manager

Full-time | Immediate start

Your role:

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) who has a sense for people, brands, and design and can manage the holistic implementation of our projects. You will be the central interface between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring that creative solutions are implemented efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Your tasks in detail:

Independent planning, management, and controlling of projects in the area of retail and experience marketing
Reliable monitoring of timings, costs, and quality targets
Responsibility for budget and resource planning for projects
Central interface and coordination with customers and internal teams
Team coordination and interface management between strategy, design, production and logistics
Risk management and ensuring our quality standards
Management of external partners, service providers, and industry-specific trades
Support in the creation and execution of presentations and pitches
Support for pitches and presentations in coordination with New Business and Strategy

What you bring to the job:

Completed commercial training or degree
Initial professional experience in an agency environment or project management
Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
Knowledge of German and English, as well as experience with common PM tools and ERP systems

3D design, development and implementation in the sector of retail design
Research of products, new materials and production plants
Model and prototype construction
Assistance with the sample window construction
Documentation of work steps
Support with dispatch & consignment

Your profile:

Flexible and Independent
Open and interested in material and production
Strong affinity for fashion, art, culture and design
Good knowledge of Rhino, Keyshot, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Keynote
Driving licence class B
