Community vs. self-efficacy?
For us, the two go hand in hand. In our company description, we call ourselves a self-efficient agency - not because it sounds good, but because this is what we practice. To enable self-efficacy within our community, it is essential for us to continually involve our employees and create a common language. That's why we brought Ms Lieb from MANEMO, an academy for sustainable development of people and economy, on board.
Together we experienced a super exciting and also emotional day yesterday.
What was it all about?
1️⃣ What does the term self-efficacy mean, what lies behind it, what does it have to do with me and at the same time with our community?
2️⃣ How can we grow as an organisation through self-efficacy and be sustainable?
3️⃣ What is the value of each individual employee, how and where can we contribute, develop and support each other?
4️⃣ What are the eight basic motives of a person? How do we classify ourselves and what behaviour is derived from this?
We learned a lot about ourselves, our brains, but also about our colleagues, and were thus able to better understand certain situations. At the end of the day, everyone went home exhausted but happy.
