Your role:

We are looking for a creative retail designer (m/f/d) with a keen eye for form, aesthetics and clever displays. You will be responsible for designing inspiring brand moments – from eye-catching retail campaigns and pop-ups to innovative spatial concepts. With us, you will create experiential formats and three-dimensional elements that showcase products perfectly and bring brands to life in physical spaces.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• You will develop creative design concepts for physical retail and brand environments – such as shop windows, pop-ups, installations and product displays – that tell stories.
• You will translate brand strategies and storytelling into spatial experiences and design smart spatial solutions as well as bespoke furniture or exhibits.
• You will create compelling 3D visualisations and presentations to present design concepts effectively both internally and externally.
• You will be responsible for the design through to the detailed planning of individual retail elements and will select materials that are perfectly suited to the project.
• You work closely and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams (e.g. with strategists, communication designers, architects, technical development) and actively incorporate current design and material trends.

What you bring to the role:

• A passion for product presentation, temporary architecture and eye-catching retail design.
• A keen eye for detail, proportions, materials and visual storytelling within a space.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D software (e.g. Rhino, Blender) and standard design tools.
• A degree or vocational qualification in product design, industrial design, (interior) architecture, furniture design, scenography or a comparable discipline.
• Several years’ professional experience in the development and implementation of innovative, brand-driven spatial concepts and/or retail elements.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual strength and design quality.

Your role:

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) who has a sense for people, brands, and design and can manage the holistic implementation of our projects. You will be the central interface between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring that creative solutions are implemented efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Your tasks in detail:

• Independent planning, management, and controlling of projects in the area of retail and experience marketing
• Reliable monitoring of timings, costs, and quality targets
• Responsibility for budget and resource planning for projects
• Central interface and coordination with customers and internal teams
• Team coordination and interface management between strategy, design, production and logistics
• Risk management and ensuring our quality standards
• Management of external partners, service providers, and industry-specific trades
• Support in the creation and execution of presentations and pitches
• Support for pitches and presentations in coordination with New Business and Strategy

What you bring to the job:

• Completed commercial training or degree
• Initial professional experience in an agency environment or project management
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of German and English, as well as experience with common PM tools and ERP systems
