Account Manager
Full-time | Immediate start
Your role:
We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) who, with a keen sense for people, brands, and design, will be responsible for the holistic development and growth of our clients. You will be the central point of contact for all overarching issues relating to your accounts—from budget planning to strategic orientation—and will ensure that our partnerships grow.
Your tasks in detail:
- Independent support and commercial responsibility for existing customers
- Proactive identification and realization of new business potential (cross-selling and upselling)
- Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of offers, framework agreements, and budgets
- Close cooperation with the strategy department to define and achieve account development goals
- Coordination and interface management between customers and internal teams, especially for budget, contract, and billing issues
- Independent sales and budget planning, controlling, and reporting for your accounts
- Reliable forecasting and performance evaluation
- Support for pitches and presentations in coordination with New Business and Strategy
What you bring to the job:
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree
- Experience in customer service or account management desirable
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking as well as organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation skills, and negotiating skills
- Strong service and solution orientation as well as a sense of responsibility
- Very good English and German skills as well as experience in using common CRM tools and MS Office
