What happens when a blank sheet of paper becomes the inspiration for an entire collection – and that idea has to be translated into a handcrafted window display?

Idea

The beauty of print as a starting point

For the Spring/Summer collection, FALKE was inspired by nothing less than a blank sheet of paper – a space for interpretation and reflection. Written pages and printed textiles in the form of newspapers, wallpaper, or romantic manuscripts from poets of the past became the starting point: a celebration of the printed word before it is translated into three-dimensional space.

Concept

The collection theme as window display language

Together with FALKE, we translated this collection theme into window displays at 16 locations. From the idea of the blank page, we created paper sculptures that make the collection's inspiration tangible – not as an illustration, but as an independent spatial statement at the point of sale.

Realisation

Handcrafted from certified paper

The concept was brought to life in collaboration with a German paper mill, using exclusively certified paper from sustainably managed forests and crafted entirely by hand—deliberately avoiding any use of plastic. Because every element is handmade, each sculpture reflects the same level of care that goes into the collection itself.

Sustainability with real impact.

Impact

The window displays reflect not only the inspiration behind the collection but also FALKE’s social and environmental values: after the installation, the paper sculptures are recycled. By integrating design and responsibility, a modern design concept becomes a credible symbol of sustainability.
